
How can we make Google Duo the go-to video calling app?
Google Duo wanted to grow their market share in key countries. We helped them leverage an emotional insight behind video calling — that we’ve accepted bad video calls as the status quo, and that Google Duo’s “highest quality” claim can fix this.
In a week, we built a minimum viable campaign around the idea of “video calling that just works”. On the final day, this tested incredibly well, so we worked with a production partner to build out an entire campaign, delivering the entire project for 1/3 of the original budget.
